Jobs: Responsible for the entire organization within Joris Ide NL (formerly VDB-profile BV). The total management of personnel; back office, purchase, production and administration. A main task was redirecting a Director/owner culture to an organization, which fits the Joris Ide Group where service, quality and speed rates high priority. From drafting the various financial budgets to achieving the set goals using KPIs. Ensuring a good environment and safety policy. Furthermore make the work processes and policies so, that Joris Ide is a understanding (service, quality, speed) in there sales area.

Per 1 april 2013, Joris Ide NV decided to Joris Ide NL to close for economic reasons.
To 1 August 2013 will be my main task; To reduce the staff to zero and make the production site ready to be sold.
